Alexandra (Sandra) O'Donnell

Alexandra (Sandra) O'Donnell currently performs with OnStage Dance Company (OSDC) and has been dancing various styles since age 3. In 2016, she discovered Flash Mob America (FMA) and was instantly hooked; she quickly fell in love with the excitement, connection, and thrill of dancing with strangers. From birthday mobs in Boston to a marriage proposal in CA, Sandra has danced across states with FMA.

Alongside these experiences, she participated in flash mobs with OSDC and other dancers throughout the Boston area, soaking up every chance to turn an ordinary public space into a joyful surprise. After moving to NH and with FMA eventually dissolving, she found herself missing that pure joy and spontaneity that flash mobs create. Surprising the world with happiness, one dance at a time, remains one of her favorite things to do, and she hopes you’ll join in on the fun!

Kit Pang

Kit Pang is a choreographer, educator, and business owner whose journey began as a hip-hop street performer in Boston. Kit has taught and performed across Boston, New York, and internationally, including Lithuania and Paris.

Known for his dynamic energy and love of creating in the moment, Kit thrives on building experiences that celebrate collaboration, expression, and authenticity.

Beyond the stage, he is the founder of BostonSpeaks, an organization dedicated to helping individuals overcome public speaking anxiety.

Do I need to know how to dance?

Not at all! Our flash mobs are designed for everyone, whether you’ve never danced a step in your life or you’re a seasoned mover. We’ll teach simple, easy-to-follow routines so beginners can jump right in. And for those who want a little extra challenge, we offer optional advanced moves and variations to make it more exciting. Everyone can find their rhythm and have fun!

How long is the performance?

Our flash mob performances are short, high-energy bursts, just a few minutes! It’s the perfect amount of time to have a big impact, get noticed, and enjoy the thrill, without feeling overwhelmed.

What should I wear?

Cozy and festive, holiday sweaters, bright colors, sparkles, Santa hats, reindeer ears, or anything that brings you joy. (dressing up is optional)

Can I join if I only want to watch?

Absolutely! You’re more than welcome to be part of the excitement from the sidelines. Watching is still part of the experience, and you might even be inspired to join the next one!

Do I have to attend rehearsals?

Yes if you want to fully participate, attending in-person rehearsals is recommended so you can learn the moves and feel confident. For those who cannot make it in person, we’ll aim to record the rehearsal so you can practice on your own but you’ll need to let us know in advance so we can send you the recording and instructions. Either way, we’ll make sure everyone has a chance to join the fun!

Is it okay to bring friends?

Yes! Flash mobs are more fun with friends. Whether they want to dance or just cheer, bringing people you know makes the experience even more enjoyable.
